Online Store Returns
Eligible unopened, unused products purchased from shop.desuar.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for online store credit. A receipt or order confirmation is required. Approved change-of-mind returns receive credit for future online product purchases rather than cash or a refund to the original payment method.
Items must be returned with their original packaging. Opened cosmetics and fragrances cannot be returned for a change of mind. Sets must be returned complete.
How to Request a Return
Email info@desuarspa.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Contact us before sending a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and shipping arrangements. Requests submitted within the 15-day window will be reviewed even if our response arrives later.
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will email you the outcome and issue store credit when accepted. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is resolved.
Exceptions
Opened or used cosmetics, skincare and fragrances; incomplete sets; clothing and lingerie; sale items; and items identified as final sale or sold “as is” are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears defective. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will review the issue and explain the appropriate next steps. Change-of-mind restrictions do not limit rights or remedies under applicable law.
Spa Retail Purchases
Eligible merchandise purchased directly at a DE SUAR spa may be returned within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt for spa retail credit toward future product purchases. The same exceptions above apply. No cash refunds are provided for approved change-of-mind spa retail returns.
Online purchases must be handled through online support. Do not bring or send an online return to a spa location without instructions from us. Spa services follow separately disclosed booking and cancellation terms.
